		<description>That strikes me some really woolly legislation. How are they going to determine if a blog comes under their jurisdiction. For example a UK blogger hosting their blog on blogspot, but not disclosing they are a non-US citizen. Or what happens if it is a US citizen hosting their blog outside of the US?</description>
