Even if they don't enforce it now, I doubt anyone should take a chance and see if they will enforce it in the future. Loosing an Adsense account might mean loses of thousands of dollars.

Is that just a guideline or do they actually enforce it?

Hey, I was also following Jennifer Slegg and got reminded of the privacy change in Google Adsense. Checked my email and there it was, might have mistook it for junk mail. Anyway, it took me sometime to setup the privacy policy.

@ Evita - glad to help.

@ 49dollarlogo - I am not familiar with Adsense for Domains as I have not used it. I would imagine they have it covered somehow.

Sorry for the delay in replying. If you didn't notice this blog was hit with a WordPress "iframe attack" even though it was fully up to date. Go figure. At least I ended up getting a new look and fee out of it :-)

I see they have in the last line of the adsense policy that there needs to be a privacy policy, but Google itself is at fault, because when using Google adsense for domains, we have no control over the entire page content, and there is no link to a privacy policy in the page genearated through adsense for domains - example here - crowdanswer.com

Thanks - going to make sure that my husband got the email for this, as I am not sure at all if we have this policy or not.
