		<description>Thanks Joe.  I contacted Microsoft and for whatever reason they are not honoring this any more unless you have a mailer from them with a mailer promo code.  I think the guy at Microsoft made a mistake when he told me I could make the offer, but they reserve the right to pull the plug on any offers they make.  If you have an old mailer from them, perhaps you can get them to honor that.  I know it has been done for others.  So sorry for the inconvenience.
